    We offer 30 minute sessions for those who would like to start slowly or have limitations & time constraints. Includes post-workout Well Lounge Recovery.

    CHOOSE FROM ONCE OR TWICE WEEKLY.

    1x PER WEEK- $180/month ($45/session)

    2x PER WEEK- $320 ($40/session)

    * REQUIRES MONTHLY COMMITMENT.

  • ONE HOUR (55 MINUTES)*

    One hour training sessions, for a complete workout, ending with assisted stretching. Includes post-workout Well Lounge recovery.

    CHOOSE FROM ONCE OR TWICE WEEKLY.

    1x PER WEEK- $300/month ($75/session)

    2x PER WEEK- $525 ($65/session)

    * REQUIRES MONTHLY COMMITMENT.

  • GOLF FITNESS & SWING CORRECTION*

    A 60 minute golf fitness workout, tailored to correct imbalances in your body; helping prevent injury and eliminate pain associated with golf.

    Jenn can also work in conjunction with your golf pro to create a well-rounded plan.

    INITIAL EVALUATION & SWING ASSESSMENT- $150 (this includes time spent creating plan)

    REGULAR SESSION- $75
