Jenn takes a client-centered, relational approach to working with her clients. Collaboratively she helps address the health and wellbeing of the whole person. You will learn how our mind and body connect through neuromuscular facilitation, guiding you towards ageless vitality.
No two sessions are alike.
By focusing on each individual and how they are performing that day and changing your exercise routine, you lay the groundwork for improved health overall. Jenn combines real-life movements and exercises, based on the individual's potential, striving for optimal health and fitness- at any age.

30 minute sessions for those who would like to start slowly or have limitations & time constraints. Includes post-workout Well Lounge Recovery.

2x PER WEEK- $320 ($40/session)

ONE HOUR (55 MINUTES)*
One hour training sessions, for a complete workout, ending with assisted stretching. Includes post-workout Well Lounge recovery.

GOLF FITNESS & SWING CORRECTION*
A 60 minute golf fitness workout, tailored to correct imbalances in your body; helping prevent injury and eliminate pain associated with golf.
Jenn can also work in conjunction with your golf pro to create a well-rounded plan.
This is only geared towards correcting imbalances that create swing faults. (Short game & putting are not addressed.)
INITIAL EVALUATION & SWING ASSESSMENT- $150 (this includes time spent creating plan)
REGULAR SESSION- $75

RESTORATIVE TRAINING
In a time where chronic pain or chronic injury is becoming more common, it’s very important to not let our limitations prevent us from moving our bodies.
If you have reached your maximum rehabilitation progress with physical therapy, you may find yourself stuck between the transition of healing and starting a new workout program.
Jenn works with you to help restore full body balance and treat the underlying causes, when appropriate; centering on the idea that one symptom may have many causes or one cause can have many symptoms. Restorative Training uses a combination of exercise techniques, modalities and lifestyle changes to treat and heal the whole person.

1:1 NUTRITION & WEIGHT LOSS
Life is too short to live perpetually dieting. If you find yourself struggling to find balance with your nutrition and daily life, having someone personalize a plan for you can help.
Jenn will take time to learn about you; taking into account any medical concerns, previous diet attempts, physical injury and daily stressors. Knowing these helps Jenn take the best and most effective approach to create a well-balanced and achievable plan that works with your lifestyle!
Please note that all nutrition candidates will be screened prior to accepting as a client. A lot of time and preparation goes into creating plans, and there must be a certain level of commitment and dedication from the client for it to work.

Jenn has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years. She began as a private chef in Palm Beach for busy professionals who needed to maintain a balanced diet. It was then that Jenn realized she wanted to promote whole body wellness for her clients, not just one part of it.
After becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, Jenn started training athletes to professional body builders. From doing so, she quickly learned that even one small kink in the kinetic chain could cause multiple problems throughout the body. What good is muscle if you can’t use it? It was then when Functional Integrative Training became the technique Jenn uses today.
Jenn enjoys working with people in their Golden Years to overcome chronic pain and illness, using restorative exercises to progress them into more challenging functional movements. This helps the individual recover, while prevent recurring injuries. She teaches her clients how to feel and move better, by correcting imbalances throughout the body to improve overall strength and mobility; while achieving an active & healthy pain-free lifestyle— at any stage of life.
